Before its showing the total ammount of water and total ammount of electricity usage i spend now not showing at all cz its helping me before to control

Every time I minimize the app, the customer service agents stop communicating and I must start again from the beginning. So if I need to take a call or reply to a message in the background, i must restart my enquiry from the beginning

Was easy to log in before now my credentials is lost

The only way to create emergency request is to call them and then they tell you its up to 4 hours

My consumption for electricity showing more than 53 Million ,,, not even fixed the issue but changed for dewa meter checking .,, waste of memory storage

Still has errors that need resolving. Otherwise , the application is good in other ways.

Always blocking and there is always an issue with logging in to pay the bills. And texting with a robot to get help is also useless
