الوصول لخدمة العملاء شبه مستحيل انا اتعرضت لعمليه نصب من احد الكباتن ومحدش حل مشكلتي

Driver charged me extra for no real reason, trip was 33 and he wanted to charge me 60 just because my location on the app was 1 km but showed 200M for him and cause i had an extra bag with me? He gave me a very aggressive dominant attitude that either i pay twice the money or he won’t take me, i had to accept because i had a travel bus to catch but this terrible experience will have my consider deleting this application forever, Unless i get refunded the amount and for you to take the correct disciplinary measures with that driver. In my 27 years in Egypt, this is the worst car ride i ever been on my life because of this man, he was acting as if i’m working for him and he is the client. He shouldn’t be working for a company if he has such an extremely bad personality during his work, please escalate my dissatisfaction to the highest management or otherwise i will use social media groups to post about my didi experience

No matter where i am i always struggle to find a driver and i end up using another app You need to expand your coverage

I was wrongly charged and the customer support didn’t respond for more than one week, this very frustrating

The driver was driving dangerously at a speed of 160 km/h and showed disregard for road rules. It appeared that he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol and was behaving inappropriately. This situation is not safe for any woman, so please avoid this app

Terrible app no customer support the prices are high

They take random fees for no reason, Don’t attach your credit card cause they take money for every thing even if you cancelled before time they will take money even if the trip didn't finish the captain they take the full money. I mad a complain and got nothing. Really Worst app and worst customer service
