Good platform, buggy app

Some quality courses, very tedious app experience. Esp frustrating is trying to get some courses downloaded for offline use, then being logged out for no apparent reason

Bad trick

They sell discount course linked with annual subscription and it will automatically charge you without any communication. I just bought one course and have no idea I was linked to annual subscription.

Unfair charge

They refuse to refund my anual subscription even though they didn’t sent any communication that the trial was expiring. Also, I’ve never used any course or material, but their pollicy won’t let them do anything. If you need any support. Forget it. It’s just automated answers. It’s extremely disappointing.

Too aggressive

Very aggressive sales. It feels like a cash cow system always trying to milk you more. Sales that renew every day or hours? The countdown is off. The contents are great though. Wish they allowed to download transcripts. It will probably save them more bandwidth.

Video controls are quite poor

For an app that is essentially a video player, the video controls are atrocious. The audio language channel does not persist between videos in the same course so you have to keep opening up the controls and switching it back, and I have had a 10% success rate with even being able to open the video controls again. Often I’m met with 1/3 of the buttons that existed when I started playing the video, and I can sometimes happen upon the one blessed menu that does have the controls, usually by pressing something unintuitive like ‘stop casting’ or ‘cancel.’ Aside from that, course content is great. Use a web browser and not this app.

Watch out!!

Watch out for flash sales. They will then turn around and add a full membership to your account. The content on their site isn’t worth it.

Fraud

I never asked for subscription and I realized that it charged me annual fee. I thought at least try it since it charged me and it seems they are not refunding. Each course I thought might be of interest was in Spanish. I hope they read the review and resolve my issue

What is this plus membership?!?!

I have plus membership but the access to courses is very limited, I was watching a course, when get back again to continue, It shows that it is locked! Not happy with my purchase
