They renewed plus subscription without my knowledge consent or authorisation. I ended up being charged rupees 3513 for a yearly subscription that I did not want nor need. They haven’t refunded my money even though I haven’t used the app. I am urging them to refund but even email doesn’t get replies from them. Highly dissatisfied feel cheated out of my money Team Domestika fix this I need my money back
The worest app ever i saw in the history
I have been able to learn so much, at my own speed. I love the courses and the in-depth knowledge that is available on the platform. Brilliant work by all teachers. Domestika has really kept the standards high. Thank you.
I bought a course but It did not show in my courses, I tried to view it from both the website and the app. The customer service is awful, I was told to fill a form which I filled twice and got the same response. I included the proof of payment, and wrote to them multiple times, only to be ghosted.
Earlier I have bought 11 classes in total at various times. And loved the classes. On 12April 2024, I bought a bundle. But to my surprise the bundle was not added even though the fee was deducted from my bank account via UPI. I complained twice till now but didn’t receive ant update on my complaint also. I am really disappointed with experience. Never going to purchase any course from Domestika anymore. I feel cheated.
I have purchased a course and its not showing in my purchases or in my courses
They seem to have some Major issues with overseas payments and even when the payments are done , the course wont reflect . When contacted to the helpline mail , you only get a boilerplate as response . Update : Its been over 10 days after registering the complain nor did i recieve the course nor did i get a refund (as they say would happen if you didnt get the course for 3 days) on my app store , nor did i get a single response on the issue raised and the waiting is suposed to be 48hrs
Everything about Domestika is great, except their support system. You can’t talk to anyone, there’s no direct messaging method. There’s only a form to fill, following which you get auto generated responses with FAQs which did nothing to solve my issue. I purchased a course ( I’ve purchased more than 60 courses) in-app and haven’t received access to it yet. Inspite of writing to them several times, they kept sending me same response. Finally they ghosted me. So my moneys gone and I have no access to the course. I’m unlikely to purchase any more courses from them. And it’s all because of slack after sales customer service.
U guys just taking money Not allotting courses I had pay u guys twice And no response from the customer support alsoo U guys cheated meee !!!!!!!
