This app stolen 130 US dollar from my account and now they do not answer my email please do not trust this app never

Hidden Scam

I would like to clarify an unclear fraudulent process for those who subscribe to the package through deduction. When you subscribe, with promoting you automatically subscribe to an annual subscription. It is true that they explain that after a month they will deduct a year's subscription from your bank card, but the explanation was in small, unobtrusive fonts with distinctive colors. This is their goal, to make you go through the terms without noticing that you will subscribe for a year and they will deduct $110 without permission. To be honest, the lessons I attended were good, but I call the subscription process in this way a fraudulent process.

Clarity about prices.

Courses have different prices. I paid $0.99 for a course and below it there's an option to pay another much larger amount. It's confusing. It makes me feel that the platform will take the balance amount after a while. Also I get this feeling that the price is only for a certain time period. I'm not sure if the platform will take money periodically without my concent. I don't have any objections if it's charged monthly for courses but the uncertainty is scary. That stops me from buying courses.

I got everything I wanted and more from the courses, even though I speak English the captions were enough for me to learn these beautifully designed courses with such talented instructors. Thank you Domestika!

Superb Service with many options and deals

I am a relatively new user to Domestika, and among many notable classes services I found myself gravitating toward their classes and continuing them - not all, but most of them. They have courses in many fields, and they geared toward the artistic or productive people like architects, musicians, designers and even voice actors. Recording quality is superb, and it is constant. They have a long backlog when responding, but they will refund any course you’re not happy with (within limits and certain criteria). Remember to grab them during their discounts (currently at $7.99 a course) and you can before checkout get a three courses bundle for $14.38 (if you liked two of them you already got a good deal). If you want a different bundle you can empty your cart, press add again and you will see a new bundle. There are also many other ways to mix and match manually. Remember, your mentor could be among them!

Very bad customer service

I purchased a course, payment was complete but the course doesn’t show in my account,I tried to contact them through an automated chat that keeps giving you solutions that doesn’t work and when you report it didn’t work the service takes you into a loop to the same suggestions!!! after a while I found a way to send inquiry and did!,still waiting for their reply! 2 days and no reply yet!!!

there is issue in the last update of the app I can’t open my courses…. :)
