This app has zero support. I was charged TWICE for my subscription i sent them and they refunded me ONCE but cancelled my subscription. So they charged my but cancelley subscription. I sent them many emails and they always reply with non related answer as if it's an automated email and no one reads your problem

My first go-to website to find relatable topics explained simply and practically.
Great app
There is plenty to learn here and I love that I can download the lessons and watch them anywhere which most educational sites don’t provide
Bad app.Good content
First, a video with no English subtitles or voice over. After i contacted them i found it translated after more than a week. “Saying i should press on the three dots. Duh like i haven’t tried already”.Secondly, i was unable to upload my assignment with a message saying try again later “ i did try again later”. They said i should download the latest version. Thirdly, the app is not opening on my ipad “ stuck on the logo screen” after i updated it days ago ! Fourthly, they should add a wishlist so i could compare courses after scanning them all before purchasing. I have to use my notes app instead to save the links of the courses i liked. Thankfully I bought only one course “ was willing for 6 more” but i will definitely have other thoughts. The second star is for the quality content and the appeal of teaching style. Which deserves five starts to be honest. FIX YOUR APP IF PEOPLE PAY YOU FOR IT FOR GOD’S SAKE.
Domestika app scam
I purchased a course, never received the link to it. Complained theiugh the app twice and the responses had the same exact pattern: an automated e-mail confirming receipt of my complaint followed by an e-mail that looks more tailored asking me to send them a detail or so then when I send all required info., no response for a day or two followed by an e-mail saying that they haven't heard from me and hope that the issue has been resolved. This is a scam application.
Major playback issues
One of the worst applications I’ve ever seen. I can’t stream the videos or even play the downloaded lessons for my purchased courses on my iPad. Basically, I have no mean to view or play my purchased courses
