DoorDash - Food Delivery

Do not use this app or put down your card information I used it once and since then money has been taken from my card first it was 2.50 then 16 dollars be careful

i ordered one from Mc. order is 1d57214d. 5 items. there is missing 2 items, and then i called and want to refund money, but they just refund $3.79 only 10%. it is very bad service i never met before.

I spent almost $37 for my food to be delivered cold an hour later. He waited around the corner for 20mins until he finally drove there and collected my order funnely enough he only started on his way to my house 12 minutes after leaving, driving off with my food in the opposite direction to macdonalds & my house, and he was trying to lie to me & tell me it hadn’t been prepared yet and hadn’t changed the status of the order after collecting it, he got to my house at 8:20pm, i ordered at 7:20pm, you can bet he had nothing to say about it but sorry and bs excuses and neither did door dash, you have to report the problem within 24hrs or they wont refund u i discovered last time they messed up my order miserably, but i just reported what happened & guess what they did.. i got offered a measly $3 per combo, so $9 when my $37 dollar meal was freezing & god only knows what he could have done to it while he had stopped at his two places. Extremely extremely disgusted and dissapointed, i know it seems appealing that there is no $4 delivery fee, but trust me, this happening to you is not worth it, and i can see many people agree. Uber eats has much better support services and refund policies & they dont move the estimated latest time of arrival back every minute for an entire hour while the drivers going in the wrong direction with your food!! BOYCOTTDOORDASH!!

Rubbish app. Poor drivers and poor service. Uninstall and stick to Uber or buying instore.

Super easy app to use and very easy to find what I’m looking for. Would 100% recommend to anybody to download and use this app. I have had great workers who deliver my order with care and on time.

Bad service, better to get uber eats.

Similar to Uber eats, they also have similar vendors and specials. Sometimes better discounts and prices than the Competition. Their Dash Pass is like Uber one with “free delivery“ plus service fee. Good to try both to get the most discounts on different months.

Dumb. You idiots send way too many emails

I have a voucher 50%off and i use it in my 50$ order so i only pay 25$ , once i confirmed my order they auto cancelled it my order so they refund my money but may voucher was gone it says it already used.

First time used they got our wrong address and the “door dasher” decided it was too much effort to redeliver so we got no food. Second time I ordered a bubble tea with food. Bubble tea never arrived and when I requested a refund I was denied, even though I sent a copy of my message history with the door dasher who said that he couldn’t find the bubble tea so didn’t pick it up. Basic consumer rights guys. Uninstall this app.
