DoorDash - Food Delivery

As an avid user of various delivery apps, I've come to rely on them for their convenience and efficiency. However, my recent experience with DoorDash has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. On March 19, 2024, I was shocked to discover a charge of money deducted from my account, despite having ceased using the DoorDash service since February 28, 2024. The charge was unauthorized, as I had not initiated any transactions with DoorDash during this period. Immediately, I tried to reach out to DoorDash customer service to address this issue. In this moment I’m in Europe and their web site customer support form doesn’t work from there even while using VPN, always showing an error. How customers who is outside the USA and Canada should contact you in this situation? As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and efficient resolution of issues. In conclusion, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend DoorDash as a reliable delivery app. Until they improve their customer service and address issues of unauthorized charges promptly and effectively, I will be exploring alternatives for my delivery needs.

Shame on you, main picture of menu “russian” food is… Ukrainian borshch:) while russia kills hundreds Ukrainians per day and stills Ukrainian culture - you support that. Shame on you! Borshch was added to Unesco’s list of endangered cultural heritage of Ukraine.

I have been ordering food in this application for a whole year and when I really want to eat these people give me other people's orders and I don't want to order anything anymore

Для того что залогиниться нужно для начала поменять язык в телефоне. Разработчики обратите на это внимание. При входе в приложение выбивает ошибку, приложение не поддерживает выбранный язык, хотя при этом нет возможности поменять язык, и нет уточнения того, что это имеется ввиду язык самого телефона. Хотя язык телефона никак не касается приложения, оно может быть хоть на китайском, при этом на телефоне все может быть на украинском. Это жесткий баг. Еще есть несколько багов но не критичных. Сама доставка была на 40 минут раньше запланированного, все хорошо.

Support center so useless no one can’t help me just to sign in 🤦🏻‍♂️

I didn’t got my food , because driver stole it! But ! The most excited that company refuse refund or give credits ! ??? What kinda company it is? Scammers!

I cannot sign in to the app because is says that my language preference is not support, but there is no option to change the language preference or something. And I have never chosen the language preference, this is a default thing So far I don’t know if the app is good, because I cannot even start using it.

Not sure if it’s just the bike thing or what but my dasher yesterday was on a bike in the same spot for over 30 mins I called them no answer about 2 mins later they changed dashers waited again it said the dasher got to the store then they changed dashers again so I canceled my order now DoorDash refuse to refund my money

Great coupon…went to use….made sure it wasn’t expired. Read the fine print. Went to place an order and sing coupon and it was for new DD customers only. It doesn’t say that on the coupon. Very misleading.
