As an avid user of various delivery apps, I've come to rely on them for their convenience and efficiency. However, my recent experience with DoorDash has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. On March 19, 2024, I was shocked to discover a charge of money deducted from my account, despite having ceased using the DoorDash service since February 28, 2024. The charge was unauthorized, as I had not initiated any transactions with DoorDash during this period. Immediately, I tried to reach out to DoorDash customer service to address this issue. In this moment I’m in Europe and their web site customer support form doesn’t work from there even while using VPN, always showing an error. How customers who is outside the USA and Canada should contact you in this situation? As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and efficient resolution of issues. In conclusion, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend DoorDash as a reliable delivery app. Until they improve their customer service and address issues of unauthorized charges promptly and effectively, I will be exploring alternatives for my delivery needs.
