but the majority of your drivers.. at least in brisbane.. let’s just say they shouldn’t have drivers licenses let alone be delivering food.. you need to implement daily safety checks on vehicles and yearly inspections on said vehicles to ensure their road worthiness..

BEWARE OF HIDDIN TERMS! I have paid for their services and receive the wrong order as fault of the company and the customer service person told me in the terms and conditions they don’t have to refund or reimburse you for anything even if it’s a fault of their own. They scammed me off my money when ordering lunch but deliver a ver cheap and wrong meal so they could take the rest of my money for their pockets. When I asked for the refund they told me they don’t have to and bassicly get lost. Menuelog and Uber eats are CHEAPER, they will always refund or reimburse you for their mistakes and the terms and conditions are customer friendly with no hidden secretes and scams. Please avoid as it may not be everyone but one day they will get you!

I ordered from one of the stores on doordash and was missing half of my meal, i requested a refund with proof of the missing items (boxes had just been opened and shown no sign of the grease from the missing chicken pieces) and it was denied, i requested to have it re-looked at, this time with clearer pictures, and more of them. And it was still denied. This just feels greedy and unfair. The app itself is fine to use but the service you get with orders that were messed up is terrible, its either not eligable for a refund or they give you a few dollars back which doesnt cover the cost of the missing items.

The first order four items come with one, and tried to contact the customer service. They are only provided the credit for that not refund. The second order the delivery guy come with no food and apologies he lost the food and tried to complete order for me. I asked for the manager to solve the problem for me, the first cs call me and promise her manager is calling me now after we hang up and I’ve been waiting over 10 mins still not receive any calls, tried to contact with another CS and she told me if I can wait then her manager will call me within 2-4 hours? And her name is Michie Lynn. The most rude cs I’ve ever seen. If you still want to using this delivery app I’d suggest go ubereat as long as their CS is actually helping you not being rude and keep u waiting.

Not sure why door dash doesn’t allow special items for online ordering like the waffle burger does my head in and there so slow to collect my meals are usually cold by the time you get them

I am a frequent user using this app many times without issues.Today I tried to login the app, it said i am forbidden to login!!??? I tried using my phone number and Apple ID, both of them fail. I have no idea what happened and no customer service I can call because I even can’t login. It is ridiculous

I often pay for direct delivery but notice the drivers stop off at many other locations. Don’t waste your money as this is a scam. Food is constantly arriving cold and soggy.

Last few orders have resulted in a weird pending charge 3-4x the price of the actual order showing up on my bank account. I already can’t afford to use meal delivery as it is, so this helped me finally give up on this app. The last instance I spent $30 on dinner only to have an extra pending charge of $112 for Door Dash with that restaurant’s name as part of the description for a few days when I really needed that money. Deleting - if meal delivery calls to me again I’ll be going with one of the competitors that don’t randomly steal my money.

Careful with the loyalty punch card offer. Did not apply and asked me to start another 5. Customer service was less than helpful, asking me to screenshot their own policy back to them. Call centre in the Philippines does not give good training in customer service. They just kept saying it’s not available in your region and I said ‘ok why did you promote it then, stamp my cards on the app per order, and now asking me to do the same thing again to get the same available promotion?’. It beggars belief. Crooks. No compensation Used to like it compared to Uber for better payments to delivery people, but that was a c*aphouse experience.
