They are very helpful
This app is easy to use, fun, and helps me up my game in healthy eating and living! If I could only have one app this would be it!
Just wish it connected it had a way to track calories, macros, etc., but otherwise love it!

This app helps me to stay aware throughout the day of the range of healthy foods I need to eat and provide a fun and satisfying way of tracking it.
