Apple TV version doesn’t support multiple output pairing of HomePod and HomePod mini together… pls fix!

We buy Synology is because the software. The functions are cool on Synology but look at your DS file or DS audio. They are out of date for so long time. Pls take it seriously otherwise customer will use their feet to vote.

Same network same file no problem on VLC. DS video not only buffer, skip frame, video freeze and what else? Totally not usable at all !

When I click the play button of a movie, it just stops on the first frame. Can’t play it anymore. But works in my iPhone X. Please fix.

Hi DS video is working fine on my mobile before the recent update. After update, all new videos being uploaded to my DS418play are unable to stream using DS video app; pls kindly fix this issue.

Hello, ever since IphoneX compatability has been added, watching movies on it has been really enjoyable:) However I do realise that there is an issue when you double tap to make the movie fit Iphone”s X screen. The top and bottom of the movie fits nicely on Iphonex”s screen but the left and right side of the movie just doesnt fit well. It is as if the side was zoomed twice and it causes a portion of the left and right sides of the movie to be cut away or unseen. I played the same scene of the movie with youtube and it fits nicely but on DSVIDEO, a portion of the left and right sides are just cut away. Fixing this issue would really make playing movies on Iphone X perfect!!:D

Can i request for ds video to have one more category beside existing such as new added, or new released. But to have RANDOM movie. Because once you have many movies, you want to have the machine make it random so you don’t scroll dooooown to Long to find older movies. Promise to make it five star if fulfilled. Other than that, everything is ok with the app.

great improvement over the previous versions, although there are still bugs like wrong media information, always see mp4 files as 564.19MB even files are 10GB.
