First package which was 200 baht and bought at 7 11....refilled 200 baht to buy the second month but before I could get to the menu the credits showed 199. So I had to go for a 150 baht package which was way slower to be honest unusable. 7 days later I went to the dtac store in samyan to make a complaint and they couldn't find the reason....my refill balance of 49 was by then only 7 bath. The got me a refund so I could get the same package again which I had to to straight away as the refill status changes by itself. And just now I needed 90 for my last 8 days so I buy 50 and 20 and....the app tells me you'll have to wait for a bit. Guess what the refill is getting less and less which makes no sense and technically is also not possible as my phone has wifi and I have no active subscription now. All above there is NO support in the app. Worst company. Don't buy through the app, only new card at 7 11.

เน็ตช้าสุดๆ โปรอะไรก็แพง เน็ตก็จำกัด จ่ายเดือน เกือบ500 น่าจะทำโปรเน็ตไม่จำกัดบ้างก็ดีนะคะ จะได้น่าใช่หน่อย จะเปลี่ยนมาใช้เติมเงินก็ไม่ยอมมให้เปลี่ยน แต่ดูสภาพเน็ตแย่สุดๆ เข้าบางพื้นที่คลื่นแทบจะไม่มี อุส่าย้ายค่ายมาใช้ สงสัยคงต้องบอกลาเร็วๆนี้ละคะ

มีปัญหาการใช้งาน ค้างไม่โชว์ข้อมูล จะชำระค่าบริการ กว่าจะทำได้ และไม่มีการแสดงค่าธรรมเนียมการจ่าย ควรมีแสดงให้ผู้ใช้ทราบ ตอนจ่ายคิดว่าฟรีค่าธรรมเนียมแต่พอไปเช็คที่บัญชีกลับโดนหัก

แม่งระบบกากจัดๆเติมเงินมาแล้วพอจะสมัครบอกยอดเงินำม่เพียงพอกากจัดๆระบบอะเป็นทุกรอบ ไม่เคยปรับสักทีแก้บ้างนะ

วันนี้แอพล่มแย่มากยกเลิกแพ็คเก็จก็ยากช้าสัญญาณก็ไม่ค่อยมี2ขีดบ้าง1ขีดบ้างสรุปจับมือกับค่ายแดงหรือจำใจเซ็นสัญญากันแน่

ช้าชิบหาย ปรับปรุงอะไรยิ่งปรับยิ่งแย่ รีเครื่องก็แล้วรีแอพก็แล้ว แอพคุณภาพงี้หรอทำแอพน่าย้ายค่ายมาก
