Excited to try it
This app is really great for anyone recovering from an eating disorder but especially for someone recovering from bulimia. The app helps you track how you feel about yourself and about food as well as your daily symptoms like purging, fear of gaining weight, excessive exercise, and self harm. The app also suggests talk therapy as a treatment which could be helpful buy I learned in psychology class that you could do family based/ couple based therapy so you can feel supported through your rough time as well as your family can understand what you’re going through while you’re in recovery. There are many other different treatments for eating disorders which the app should add as suggestions for people but overall it’s a helpful app.
i have ARFID which theres not that manh apps for that ED, but i am appriciative with how customizable this is! i am an undiagnosed autistic adult nobody not even me knew about arfid until adulthood so its nice i can track my arfid since nobody really belives adults having arfid so this app is gonna help alot :)
I like the reminders to update my progress, and appreciate the simplicity of creating an entry and reviewing past ones to find patterns.
Inputting daily reflections helps me so much in visualizing patterns and progress throughout this journey.
Nice
I love that there are no silly gimmicks. Just a helpful, customizable tool to help me be objective in ED recovery.
I love this app so far; it’s helping me keep track of where I’m at in my recovery from and E.D.
This app really helped me evaluate what I was feeling and the patterns that I cycle through
