Там была опция взять 1 неделю пробного периода. Я выбрал эту опцию, а у меня сразу списали деньги за годовую подписку! А теперь не хотят делать возврат. Пожалуйста не ведитесь! Особенно ребята в СНГ. Приложение нашу еду считать не умеет все равно
The app doesn’t read most of Bach codes, it just offers you to enter it manually (so they would have it in base). AI doesn’t recognise food correctly, so you also have to correct AI results. And all this would be ok, if this would be a BETA TESTING. But this is not!!!! You just have to improve their app and pay crazy monthly fee for it.

Hi, I was charged the full sum of the year, while the app mentioned, that I will have 1 week trial. It doesn’t work like this. I request all my money back and firstly have unpaid trial! I have wrote to your email and left a feedback via the app also.
Are you kidding? I need to spend 15 minutes just to acess scan function?
When you choose year subscription after 7 days trial, it is purchased immediately. I wanted to check if it’s applicable for me first. Now I just want my money back
Terrible experience of initial setup
Be careful when you start the app at night. It ignores the fact that the phone is set to silent and blast its music at whatever level your phone is set to.
How am I supposed to know if I like the app if I can’t use its primary function?
