ECOVACS HOME

Deboot X5 support Apple Watch. But on watch App is displayed only Ecovacs logo. Not awailable nothing more. After contact support I got stupid answer, nobody has problem. Recemonded me reinstall App in iPhone and watch. This step didn’t solved the problem. After secont contact support I god answare, contact apple, but the will not care about App from Ecovacs !

Please fix the app!! It's absolutely useless. I wish I could return the robot. Loses map at least once in a week.

Mapa v aplikaci si nepamatuje patra, vysavac po roce se prestal automaticky vyprazdnovat. Puvodni cena 21.000,-…. Nyni stoji cca 8.000,- novy… asi zjistili ze to neni to prave orechove. … cidla jsou neustale potreba cistit. Za ty penize jsme ocekavali daleko vic ,, bezstarosti ,,

Několikrát se mi stalo, že se po aktualizaci ztratila mapa!

Can you do something about the losing map? It is very bad that often I have to do again and again new mapping. I cannot imagine it with the second floor! Even though if you went o to the charge station for restoring the map which doesn't work!!! I had purchased the Ecovas robot because of the review but it looks much worst than much cheaper robots. Please do me a favour and make the correction of this bug, if you want I can share pictures with you via email. Thanks a lot!

Every time you move the robot to clean it, it’s losing the map so you have to do a whole new mapping. That’s very annoying, you’d expect the saved maps to just stay saved and work every time.
