I really liked the product until I had to get in touch with the service team. The entire service team is a fraud; they just know how to drag things out and refuse to accept mistakes or understand the actual problem. I'll list down the issues from the start in the hope that someone from higher management reads this and can make some changes. 1. Technical Issues and Technician's Response: We faced a couple of issues with the bot, so we requested a technician to come and check. Krishna, the technician, visited but was not ready to accept the problem, even though it happened in front of him multiple times. He insisted that this can't happen just because he had never encountered this type of problem before. (I have a reference video of the issue and have already shared it with the Ecovas Mumbai team.) 2. Poor Communication on Bot Pickup: After multiple discussions, the team agreed to pick up the bot, but there was no proper communication about when it would be picked up. We had to follow up multiple times. 3. Difficulty Reaching Key Contacts: I was in touch with Abdulla and Shubham. Abdulla was mostly on leave whenever I tried to reach out to him. 4. Inconvenience with Packing Instructions:Shubham told me to pack everything myself and said the team would share some documents that I had to print and paste on the box. I did it, but the next day he asked me to get another printout. Seriously, do I have no other job but to get printouts every day? Why couldn't they send everything at once? 5. Lack of Communication After Pickup: Once the bot was picked up, I informed Shubham and expected a response, but no one informed us when they received it. I had to call and ask Shubham. 6. Delayed Response on Bot Return: A couple of days back, I pinged Abdulla to check when I could get the bot back, as it had been more than 25 days. He told me that he had already sent the bot but forgot to inform me. Wow, you didn't remember to tell me for five days, or were you on leave again? 7. Damaged Bot on Return: I finally got my bot back with dents and multiple scratches. When I informed Abdulla, he said it happens in transit. Seriously? If it's packed properly, why would this happen? This is not my daily job, but I was able to pack it properly. You guys are into this business; why can't you do your job properly? There are many more things to write, but I'm skipping them.
