Failed To Open Account Through Mobile
I uploaded all the documents and go through all the process but at last it shows we are unable to open an account through the app
Limit to withdraw cash
EIB is offering extremely poor service. I had changed my ATM withdrawal limit but when trying to withdraw, exceeding limit message popped up all the times. Customer service told it will take 24 hour to update while App message was that it is updated. Wasted 2 hours.
Not able to place Deposit
I am not able to place deposit. Visited branch many times, called call center but NO SOLUTION at all.
