A Very Bad experience that almost costed me my life
I trusted emirates Islamic bank but what happened is that they don’t have a proper app that is user friendly.Lot of unclear information on the app that malfunction most of the time plus the customer care is really slow and Robotic except one employee named Marisa. But the overall bank experience was not so satisfactory poor information and poor communication from the bank made me suffer so deep that almost it was life threatening. Bank should be very responsible in this matter.My suggestions will be to update more on the app and have a proper communication system for users.
