التطبيق سيء جداً وغير مفهوم وغير واضح وصعب الاستخدام لدرجة قررت الغاء حسابي بسبب صعوبة استخدام التطبيق ولن انصح احد به ابداً ..

Showing “something went wrong. Please try again later” after update. Personal information vanished and not able to add or update anything. KYC updates were not showing in the app. I couldn’t make a single transaction past 2 weeks due to different issues.

اسوأ تطبيق و أسوأ خدمة عملأ لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا البنك أبدا عندي مشاكل معاهم من أربع شهور و لحاللحظه ولا مشكلة حلوها و من ضمنها هالتطبيق في مشاكل تقنية و لهاللحظه وعود كاذبة بدون حلول لا التزام ولا احترافية و لا إحساس بمسؤولية

تمت المحاولات لعدة مرات لتوثيق الجهاز ولم تتم
