Horrible Customer Service
I rented yesterday a Tesla 3, the car had many issues like the reverse camera and traffic camera were not working, the GPS was freezing, etc. After calling their customer service over 5 times, they told me to go search on Youtube to learn how to fix a car, (ARE THEY SERIOUS?), then after i did that (WHICH IS RIDICULOUS), they told me to end my trip so that they can refund me after 30 minutes, i followed their instructions to get refunded. When i ended my trip, they told me sorry we cannot refund you and we need first to inspect the car which they don’t know exactly when it will happen. They took my money as hostage and the Customer service representatives were extremely unprofessional, impolite and careless. EKAR YOU NEED TO FIRE THEM ALL AND HIRE A NEW TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!!!! i used a lot Ekar in the past, but after what happened to me yesterday and the way Ekar customer service behaved, I WILL NOT USE EKAR UNLESS I SEE MAJOR CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
