Whenever you think, this company’s service can’t get any worse. They always prove me wrong. They just get worse and worse every time. They always provide you with the dirtiest cars. On Friday they don’t send people to wash the cars for you. They tell you that you have to go and wash it yourself at a carwash and only offer you the cost of the carwash. They’re supposed to pay us as the customers to do that for them as they’re taking time from the customers and take time from the rented time to have the car washed. Unfortunately, I can’t give a rating lower than a one star.

Very bad execution the worst customer service They will try to frame you for damage on the car after submitting the car and force you to pay for damages was caused by another Clint

معليش تحطون سعر بالتطبيق واذا جينا نبي نحجز سياره يطلع المبلغ مو نفس اللي بالتطبيق ؟

رائعين وسهل الاجراءات وتنوع بالخيارات والأسعار رائعة ومعقولة

استأجرت سياره بالدقايق كان سهل استعمال التطبيق وخطواته واضحه السيارات موجوده بكل مكان في الرياض ، واذا خلصت تتركها وين ما تبي تقدر تأجرها بالدقيقه ، اليوم ، الشهر .. أنصح فيه للي يحتاجون سياره بشكل مؤقت

I’ve used their service for 2 weeks and then I had an emergency and had to park my car near the train station which lies outside their E-map. I’ve contacted them and informed them of my situation and they said that they will charge me a fee for bringing the car back, I agreed. However, they left the car there for days and then charged me for all of those days and required me to pay them, plus the fee already mentioned. No amount of complaints fixed the issue and then today I received a text informing me that they have starting a legal complain against me to freeze my bank account for not paying that fee! Absolutely selfish and petty!

The worst experience ever I deleted it already.

You pay for processing your documents 20 SR. And it remains so for days. You cannot rent a car, and their processing doesn’t end and the 20 SR are non-refundable.
