An issue with entering App when outside UAE.

I can’t log in...it says that hostname doesn’t exist

I cannot get access to my online banking as app doesn’t work.

Please give a choice to your clients if they wish to keep using the old version. Whenever I go to the app to make a payment or transfer have to do update first which usually takes more time then you just open app log in and pay. Thank you

Please improve bug with smart pass. When you confirm any action using SmartPass application immediately shut dawn. New updated didn’t improved it. iPhone X.

The application is useless because it automatically logs out after you just logged in. And if you try to log in again after that, it says that you are logged in already and don't let you to use this application. Very disappointing issue which makes it useless. But in general I like the interface and functionality.

Very ugly application that doesn't follow any apple guidelines. Session terminates before I finish adding beneficiary. Too often receive "the request timed out". Sometimes services are down.

ابشع شي شي انو تحاول تكون عميل لبنك وهالبنك يطلع روحك لتفتح حساب. من افشل التجارب مع خدمة العملاء. لو في تقيم اقل كنت ما قصرت فيكم يا ريت لو تهتمو بتوظيف العرب. اكثر اذا كنتو مهتمين بعملاء اكثر اكانت تجربة اكثر من سيئة

Worst call centre ever

A friend of mine got defrauded of all his money AND of the full balance of his credit card (i.e. money he didn’t own) through a “cash on card” transaction. All that through what seemed to be a genuine phone call from an Emirates NBD employee (claiming to call for a KYC update). The old version of the app wasn’t safe (in fact it was then upgraded with different warnings showing up when you try to transfer money). More worrying was ENBD’ s position that the full responsibility of the loss be born by my friend whereas ENBD should have a duty to protect its customers especially after a string of similar cases…. Very disappointing and worrying…
