You forced me to download mobile app. I do not want mobile app I want mobile version not app which is not compatible with ipad. listen to upyour customers

They force us to install it and now its not working

Very complicated.. You need: Secret Questions / Password / Smart Pass and then you still need to go to the Branch anyway for most requests.. Seems unnecessary complicated.

I have been trying to add my daughter as an international transfer recipient. I have gone through the entire process 5 times. At the end, it keeps logging me out instead of adding the new recipient.

The old app is perfect .. but the new one is sooooo difficult and full of errors

An absolutely terrible app filled with bugs.

App is horrendously slow. Takes ages to get simple tasks done. Ux and navigation also needs to be much better. See fab bank app. Needs a complete ground up rebuilt. This is a poor app for one of the biggest banks.
