Don’t use this app. a lot of issues when registering and can’t change country of residence, it was set by default. the workaround to continue as guest. They took 30€ on hold before charging and then after finishing they didn’t return anything and no invoice/history as well because I am guest

Worst app ever designed by fools making it impossible to use without putting a random Spanish address rather than my home address in Ireland. Looking for way too much personal data to sell. What’s wrong with a name email address and credit card to charge. You will be left behind by you competitors. Your app is useless. You will probably ignore this message as it’s a poor review but you app does not work and many parts of it are broken Benji

Really un-user friendly App. Got better/easier to access info on location of public chargers from Google maps. Set up automatic payment but the App didn’t recognise it and we had to go through the whole set-up again. Old charging machines are a disaster. New ones were being maintained. It would really have helped to know that u must get payment option cleared before you can plug in. My partner nearly dismantled at least two machines trying to open the socket for the cable!!! Some tutorial videos on the App or the Enel website would also really help. Plus, where are the language options? We wasted so much time. And it caused so much stress!

Clunky is the best description of this app. Trying to charge a rental car and it’s all very unclear. The app instructions clash with the actual charging station instructions. The app appears to be the correct one but has a slightly different name to what the charging station states. It won’t let me creat an account but I can pusdo-register for immediate payments on the physical charger. All very confusing and time consuming.

Sluggish app, not working at the best of times , dated look and feel, could not charge my EV multiple times today; App support services times unclear and of course nobody answers ( but are we surprised about that ? NO!)

Tried 4 different charge points in girona without success, including 30 mins on to their support.

Can’t register payment card as the app is frozen and it is no possible do anything. I’ve tried 5 times and give up. Worthless App.

Bella l’auto elettrica, ottima per ridurre inquinamento in città, bella la app, tutto perfetto. Due note di dolore: 1) i costi della corrente troppo elevati rispetto a casa; 2) gli stalli lasciati occupati da auto endotermiche possedute da persone incivili. Enel, mettete telecamere per lettura targa e mandate in tempo reale i carri attrezzi per rimuoverle.
