The app is working very poorly and country settings are impossible to change. Even after several calls to the operator.

I attempted to use this app in Spain. Going through the registration process asked for an ‘ID code’ with the prompt ‘enter your document number’. I attempted a passport and driving licence, but both results in the same error of ‘Attention. Something went wrong’ - what went wrong, no idea. The same issue every time with no ability to proceed. There is a guest option which I used, but upon returning to my vehicle the app session has expired and there was no way to release the cable. After every possible attempt to remove the cable, I ended up calling their support centre who had to reset the entire plot of chargers to get my cable released.

Enel have forced me to migrate to this new app which just plain doesn’t work for controlling my home charge point, and their support ignored me for months and have just told me to essentially switch it off and on again. This app doesn’t work, it has never worked, and the company just don’t care, leaving me with a near-useless charge point at home.

As a foreigner it asks an ID number and app fails every time. We are stuck on the rode. Terrible service

I have been spending over an hour with help from a friend who speaks Spanish to try and charge my car. So far with no success. Why can’t they plug in and swipe your card????

The App had been updated and was working well until early February when it has constantly failed to record the electricity going into the car. For a business user this is simply not good enough as there is no record to charge back electricity used to my employer. Why can’t the App developers get this sorted once and for all. It makes my charger unusable. The App and Charger are not fit for purpose - this isn’t what I paid £700 for!!
