The app looks very good. But you need to answer ‘100’ questions before being able to charge and if you don’t answer correct you will not get feed back in what is missing. I just wanted to charge my car. We stopped and went to a Galp charger instead.

really bad!!!!! been trying to charge for 30 min and app just keep bugging, never i come back here

Application is the total disaster. Requires too much personal information (passport, address, vin number etc) during account creation process, failed many times without any error codes.

I started using this app while visiting Spain with my electric car. I think the interface is user friendly and the app is stable. I have no complaints besides from relatively few charging spots around Spain but it is a must in the village I have been spending time since 3/4 chargers can be found in this app. Overall highly recommended.

Long confusing registration process. Doesn’t explain anything before registration. Why deman registration at all? Long ancient payment solution. Why not Apple Pay?

This is pure garbage and my second attempt to charge and only takes money but dont charge so this is problembly another scam app

The charging infrastructure has a long way to go in Italy and this app isn’t helping much. Glitchy and sometimes inaccurate. Why is it named Juice Pass if it’s for Enel? Not very refined but sometimes works.

Been driving EV for 3 years tried 10-15 apps in various countries this is by far the worst. 1. Incredibly slow, feels like it was made in 2010. Responds after 5 seconds if at all, doesntpwrform command example change the different payment method. Follow the steps 10 times during couple of days never changes the cars 2. AC charging stations are piece of “art” never have I seen physical blocking of cable connector which works 20% of time 3. Activated monthly program, it takes 24 hours to make it live. Feels they want cheat customer as he will charge anyway for almost double the price vs monthly program 4. One positive: prices per kwh on monthly program seems ok if one manage to activtae program and the charger very dissatisfied

I didn’t manage to start charging neither with WeCharge card or directly through JuicePass.
