Etsy Seller: Manage Your Shop

I emailed them to appeal with my listings being deleted by them accusing my items was fake which is isn’t, all my items are authentic and I provides authentication.after few minutes my store been deleted! They didn’t even give you warnings and not even given any chance even the fault is not in your end.. I was very disappointed ☹️

Not even one week after I paid to have my shop here, they closed it!! Without any reason, not even a bad reason!! It's the worst experience I've ever had. My experience was just paid the money and spent so much time to manage my shop. After that, it's all over! I haven't sold anything yet!! What I know is they just took the money and close your shop, please don't pay any money here, which is scam😂😂😂

Etsy will suddenly suspend your account without prior warnings and would refuse any request to appeal, even due to their own fault. I have seen others experience the same and would highly recommend potential sellers to stay off this platform.

Why can’t i do something as simple as edit or complete a draft listing that i began on my computer, on the app? I put in all the essentials when on my computer and then cannot view or edit the description in the app. It’s ridiculous

Great selling platform, easy to use. The fees are far too high though and also why are we charged a shipping fee when you don’t have anything to do with the shipping? Overall it’s ok, would be far better if the fees were not so damn high for no reason.

By far one of the best platform to grow your creative business that is very clean and easy to use.

Easy to use and access listings and orders but painful that ordinary things like refunds still need to be completed via the website

The App is always developing over the past year. There are so many angry sellers out there. Communication is the key to sort these out. My issues have always been sorted. But I work my shop full time and follow all the rules. Etsy is by far still the best platform to sell HANDMADE. If you don’t declare non-handmade (made by your hands) you are asking for problems. Keep up the good work Etsy
