Etsy Seller: Manage Your Shop

So frustrating!!! No order receipts or shipping labels can be printed from the app at all anymore. It says to contact Etsy support. Etsy support was zero help as their solution was “just don’t use the app, use a desktop” 🤦🏼‍♀️

Since update can’t print orders or packing slips via phone or iPad. Trying to use browser and it opens the app and of course can’t print from app so have to delete the app, use browser to print then reinstall app for other functions of app - of course can’t reach any help at Etsy either about the problem :(

We set up my shop, and less than 24 hours later it got permanently suspended for no reason. We still had to pay the fees to set it up. We’re not gonna be able to get a refund for the $30 we spent on set up. Awful app, 100% do NOT recommend.

Stupid app would not let me sign into my Etsy account I was trying to start a online business and it just kept saying no account or no shop I give it 1 star

As soon as I posted something new I got a email from something posing as esty with their logo and all asking from verification information or my listing would close. I haven’t been on esty in a long time so iam thinking this is new …. No it’s not them when they started to ask me what in my amount in bank. So please fix this don’t let scammers ruining peoples lives

It’s always nice to see new things in helping to make the app easy to use.

I don’t know what update happened recently but I’m unable to print packing slips or package receipts directly from the app. It’s frustrating to say the least and I hope they fix it soon.

Until recently, I was able to print packing slips from the Etsy Seller app. Now, I have to use the Etsy website to print. Etsy needs to fix the app!!!

First of all - it’s stupid that I need two apps to be a seller and a buyer on Etsy. But that’s besides the point. I’ve been trying to print receipts for my order for the last two weeks and the Seller App refuses to let me after months of working normally. AND there is no way to contact the support team. I tried going through the help options which are just a glorified FAQ page, no way to contact the actual support team which is why I am here. I had to FULLY DELETE the seller app and go through the browser version of Etsy to print my label. If you’re going to force your users to download a whole entire extra app to be a seller then maybe make sure the basic functions work first?
