Etsy Seller: Manage Your Shop

Firstly, this is my first comment..Etsy suspended my shop and delete my listing..what my fault? i do rules one by one so where the mistakes?? I pay to your company, its not FREE!! You should not to suspend my SHOP !!!!! but this is the last..i will delete this app and ITS NOT WORTH TO Sell Your art!!!

I’m trying to sign up for etsy seller and it won’t let me sign in, it keeps on saying “this account does not have a shop associated with it” like what is u on i literally signed up for my shop on the og Etsy earlier 🥹🥹 let me in & start my own small business pls

Got suspended for no reason! Emailed and they rejected my appeal. IT IS A NEW ACCOUNT AND I NEVER EVEN BOUGHT OR SELL ANYTHING YET! ONLY OPENED FOR FEW DAYS THEN GOT SUSPENDED?! NOT EVEN ANY EXPLANATION IN MY EMAIL.

I’m new seller and not do any sales yet but i dont know eht etsy permanently suspended my account without inform or email to me. Already file an appeal but the staff name Naveta not even help at all. Regretted using this platform to start my business

I’m new seller in Etsy. My account was suddenly banned without telling me any reason. I submitted appeal right away but refuse to open back my account. I still have a lot sales fund in my account.

I’m new seller and my shop permanently banned as I had small amount which was pending payment. After made an appeal a customer service name Suman refused to reactivate my account after I’ve made payment. Very bad experienced!!!

I love your platform and the apps is so easy for me to maintain my stop. But there’s a lot fake account using ‘Etsy Staff’ to try to contact me and get my email. May i suggest to ban people from using ‘Etsy’ this word on their name?

I already checked my list to see wether it's aligned with the regulations or not, but my list still gets deactivated. I made it myself, no copyright infringement, etc. You need to improve how you handle lists that are being deactivated for no reason. At least let us know, specifically whats not allowed, what has been detected on our list that triggers the bot to assume that we're not following the regulations. Also, I find it hard to directly reach out to customer support. Please improve that too, thanks.

Constantly reversing my edited listings and made me perform extra work just for the editing. Please check your app thoroughly before publishing!
