Etsy Seller: Jouw shop

I cannot enter the Etsy forum as a seller. It says that my account is banned? Cannot find anything related to that error in helpcenter. Please let us know where we can find any support?

No support, a lot of frauds on it, a real no go to use.

Ik zit nu zon half jaar op Etsy. Ik heb mijn bedrijf (productsbyesmee) erop gebouwd. Helemaal top! Perfectie. Enige minpuntje is de reserveringsbetaling wanneer je veel gaat verkopen. Je krijgt je geld dan pas na 90 dagen tenzij je een waarschuwing krijgt. Hierdoor loop je snel geld mis. Echt jammer. Fix dit Etsy..

This app doesn’t work. I tried to run a sale but can’t get it done. I wanted to find out about becoming a top seller but can’t get to see it. Why did they change it? I did everything with the old app on my iPhone and I was satisfied. I hope someone will notice and make changes Otherwise I go back to eBay.

Horrible to use

I don’t understand why this app was launched and made to replace the already existing seller app. Time and time again I’m forced to open Etsy in my phone browser to make edits or I’m told to go to my PC to make edits. I’m sorry Etsy but that is unacceptable- considering how much sellers are paying in commission fees I fail to understand how this hasn’t been updated. Other issues that make me crazy - I cannot see the buyer’s email address unless I’m on my home computer. This is required for everybody when they make shipping labels. A lot of people do this with their phone - and I can’t get the information I need nor can I copy and paste the home address off the app. Get with it Etsy. Unacceptable that you’re not able to get this app functioning professionally!!!

De vorige app werkte prima 👌 Deze app is minder overzichtelijk en heeft een nare bug. Na 1 week gebruik al twee x gezien dat het aantal verkopen en omzet plots minder zijn geworden. Wanneer je vervolgens bij statistieken kijkt, dan neemt hij plots de verkopen van de laatste paar dagen niet meer mee, super irritant. De dag erna staat alles plots weer goed, echt heel slecht dit. Beter de oude app weer laten draaien en pas overgaan op een nieuwe app als deze naar behoren werkt.

When using the app with an Apple keyboard on an Apple iPad (2020 model), the app cannot keep up with the typing (not even particularly fast typing) with the letters coming on screen even only 20 to 30 seconds later (no joke!) and with auto correction and typos leading to a disastrous user experience that feels like we are back to 1995. Creating a listing now costs 50 to 60% more time. Etsy stubbornly refuses to unlock the old app while trying to solve this glitch, does not reply to messages about this (many other users experience the same problem of course) and leaves its members that are financing the company struggling in the dark. It is better to change course half-way and admit mistakes rather than see this disastrous launch through until the end. Think of the potential PR damage that is luring for Etsy. Please ……wake ….up and unlock the old app.

Very dissatisfied with the new application, very truncated functionality, inconvenient navigation, poor design. Bring back the old app, it was much more informative and convenient!

Werkt niet, continu foutmeldingen. Naast Nederlands gebruik ik Engels dit kan ik nergens wijzigen. Rol deze nieuwe app pas uit als deze werkt, voor nu zie ik graag de oude versie terug 🙏
