The app is very good and with good resources. I gave it a 3 because when learning languages you compare so many books and resources ! I did that only to end up restricted and only shown the preview ! What’s the point of saving a book to come back to it later for you to find its affected your reading plan ??
POMIMO ANULOWANIA BEZPŁATNEJ PRÓBNEJ SUBSKRYPCJI, POBRANO ODE MNIE OPŁATĘ ZA KOLEJNY MIESIĄC!!!
I'm a copywriter, and Scribd is the only place where I found pdfs of some of my favorite advertisments, as well as old, out-of-print book like Advertising Breakthrough in a good shape. Amazing stuff on there, would recommend to anyone. It's also incredible simple and intuitive to navigate so massive props for that. Very sleek design as well.
It used to be a great app, allowing you to access books unavailable elsewhere, but they’ve changed their rules and it’s really annoying. Basically, once you build up your library, they will throttle your usage to few titles per month. Downloading the titles doesn’t help as they will simply show as unavailable until the next month cycle. The same goes for audiobooks. I’m not even going to mention their search patterns as they are useless and have almost nothing to do with your search. I’m a journalist so was happy being able to build a reference library but the hustle of waiting for titles to show availability every few weeks is simply too much so will be canceling the subscription which I paid over the last few years. Shame on you Scribd.
I don’t recommend the application. I paid for the subscriptions. For three days I had all the books/audiobooks that interested me available. Suddenly the next day everything was unavailable with the information that the books will be available after the next subscription payment...only one thing comes to mind. Of course I canceled my subscriptions. I just hope I won't have a problem with withdrawing money from my account after unsubscribing like the others.
Manipulators and thieves. Subscriptions cannot be canceled in the app only on the website. To do so, it is not enough to click the cancel subscription button. You have to go through 3 windows and look for small buttons do you really want to cancel your subscription? Since I specifically logged into the site going to use the app to do it then YES! Want to cancel subscriptions! I realized that cancellation is not so easy after I was charged with the first bill....
It is a great app, I found a lot of great titles, but after reading a few books/listening to some audiobooks, it shows all titles will be available soon. Saying it has unlimited access is just a lie. I would renew my subscription, as it is a nice app, but the amount of titles which you can read isn’t enough. I would only recommend it to people who read a little...
Despite cancelling my subsribction it stills takes my money :/. My subscribtion expired may 2021.
Support is inactive all day and still didn't any feedback from them, I paid once for subscription but something went wrong, took money, didn't get money back. I'm extremly disappointed, but despite everything, I recommend you this app if you like reading or listening.
