Everand: Ebooks and audiobooks

Took my money but the app didnt recognise my subscription. Really frustrating.

The top navigation slider from the app obscures the first line at the top of the page. There's nowhere to remove it and nowhere to increase the margins of the text.

I downloaded the app, subscribed and now I’ve been struggling to listen to my audiobook, it keeps saying I need to subscribe, and when I re subscribe it says I’ve already subscribe!!?? There’s not help line nor information provided to get help!! And absolute waste of time and luckily my money hasn’t been invested in this app. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all

I subscribed via the Apple Store, but the Everand app doesn’t recognise my subscription. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps and then logged a ticket with the Everand support team. Yet, I’ve received no response or assistance to resolve the matter. I’m deleting the Scribd and Everand apps and will cancel my related subscription.

I have signed up and paid for Everand on the 4th of Jan 2025. Today the 09th I still have not received any access or proper assistance from Apple and Everand to resolve this issue while my subscription is actively running that I paid for. This is extremely disappointing service levels.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with your service. I purchased a subscription on 18 December and received a welcome email. However, I was unable to download anything because the system did not recognize me as a subscriber. I escalated the issue on 23 December (5 days later) and again on 28 December (10 days after purchase). Despite these follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved as of 8 January—21 days later (even accounting for public holidays during this period). I provided screenshots of my active subscription and proof of purchase, yet no meaningful action was taken to address the issue. My holiday is now over, and I didn’t get to enjoy any of the books I had planned to read. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will be cancelling my subscriptions to Everand and Scribd.

I don’t understand how you can cap the amount of audiobooks I listen to without it being made clear when signing up that there is a distinct limit? And it’s not even a lot. I think I’ve listened to 4 books so far. I want going to keep my subscription now I’m definitely cancelling it.

Do not download because the minute you do, they will attempt to repeatedly debit your account - I started sign up for free trial but then cancelled. The fraud attempts continue

I use Everand all the time for audiobooks, and have the iPad app to read comics. But now the app is completely unusable and not downloading the comic I want to read, just saying “download queued” for over an hour. Ive updated the app, restarted my iPad, checked my WiFi, restarted the download multiple times, nothing. The book will not open at all without first downloading it. And the app keeps freezing if i leave it open to try to download. I then used the settings to try and log a problem, but the message I typed up just disappeared after I hit send.

I’m not one to leave reviews for apps, in all honesty this is my first review of any app every but i just had to. They have a wide variety of audio books as well as e-books a lot of new releases and honestly every book i’ve wanted to listen to they have had! They don’t have any limit on books that you can listen to per month and that is one of my biggest reasons for loving them so much! Will be using this app for years to come!
