Got the subscription and wasn’t even able to log in
Express VPN does not work in China
Express VPN service doesn’t work in China, it’s months that it’s not working in China and several complaints have been lodged and all Express VPN customers service can offer is one month extension with no cost. There are free VPN services available that work in China. But a premium service like Express VPN which charges the premium price, does not work in China. Looks at other options providers Express VPN does not inform customers about this issue
Good when it works
As the title says, a great service and easy to use app… when it works. Bricked my network and I had to delete and restart my phone to get it working again. Given that my geographical location may be counting against me, is the only reason I didn’t rate it less.
Horrid
Paid for a year to use in China. Has NEVER worked.
Constant upgrades to the system are necessary
I’ve been using this VPN for a year now since I moved to Europe. Initially overall I was happy, until Multichoice upgraded their DSTV Now App (South Africa) and sadly I cannot use the VPN to catch up on shows anymore. I am contemplating renewing my annual subscription as a result

I paid the amount needed and then it worked maybe 3 time and then not again. Please, if you are in China, this is NOT the option for you. Money wasted!!!! And it was alot since you have to pay a year in advance. Scam I tell you!
