eZhire Car Rental | No Deposit

I used their services for couple of months expecting something new they will offer. But really had a very bad experience with them. 1. They hold faulty cars in their fleet. 2. Unnecessary amount deduction from your Card without prior information. The software they use is worst, in one instance I returned my Car but automatically the software deducted Salik charge from my account because their driver crossed a Salik toll after my handover. It took me 1 month to get the reversal that too wasting my 100mins on call to them. 3. Call center team carry lack of knowledge, they only know how to greet customers initially. But don’t expect your resolution to be resolved. They also give fake commitments which are never adhered. Overall, there are many other good Car rental companies who will offer you best services and knowledgeable responses. Highly recommend to avoid Ezhire.

The delivery of the car was nice and the pick up too by the agents however due to their own timing issues they over charged me around 150 dhs extra and I kept on raising complaint but they didn’t gave any proper feedback, they just said it was my fault

I rented a car for 8 days. They charged me extra from my card without my consent. I had removed the card from their application, still they deducted amount from same card. They are saying that they have my card details and it will stay in their system for 90 days. Nothing less than a fraud. Never use their service , and never ever give your card details to them. They charge you without consent.

They are listing cars are not available will debit your card,once done, then customer support team msgs you saying its not available and offer you cheaper cars that which you didnt want.. gives rude and unnecessary responses which makes you just cancel the ride and delete the app for ever..

These guys are scammers, don’t rent with them. They will charge extra for no reason. They just want to milk the customers. They charge and 80 for fuel for no reason

I only used one time and after bad experience I uninstalled the application, I won’t use it again or recommend to anyone. Over charging and poor service in collection and delivery of car and they don’t have coordination with rental companies cars whom they are giving to us.

More then 6 month I use car from Ezhire, just last one month I delay payment like 5 to 10 hrs because of my bad time started and that coustmore device guy talking with me like I am on beger also when I request him I will pay on 2 am but that guy send a person 00.28 to collect the car… I never imegine any company doing like this with regular Coustmor

Please dont hire any car worst service and doing fraud and charging you without listening to you

Dont ever hire service from this company by giving your card details. They will loot you till you die. Pakistani FRAUD company

The car service charges as claimed are different they debit from your card without any intimation and the customer service agent was very impolite for complaints department.
