They are not good at communicating with their co-companies. I removed one of my credit cards from the system. Because this card is not from UAE, it charges more. However, I dont know how BUDGET used the card and they didnt even inform me they would charge this. They said it's their regulation so they are not even sorry. But still I never understand how they used my card which I had already removed from this app. I complained and asked why and how they used this but still I didnt receive any apology nor respons. I just returned the car and tried to remove the other card but I cannot even enter the app. This app asked me to rate their service and I tried to select level 1 and then this app wasn't working. Still, I have no idea how to remove the other card still left their. I'm so worried when they use my card again.
