eZhire Car Rental | No Deposit

I had a very disappointing experience with the eZhire app. While the booking process seemed simple at first, the issues began after I received the car. The vehicle was not in great condition, with visible dents and poor cleanliness, which was unexpected given the price I paid. On top of that, I was charged unexpected fines without proper explanation. Despite providing evidence that I did not incur the fines, customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive. I felt completely ignored, and my attempts to escalate the issue were dismissed. This experience felt untrustworthy and stressful, and I cannot recommend this service to others. I hope the company addresses these problems and improves transparency with charges and customer service in the future.

What can I say? It’s unprofessional team in this company and what type of service. they deliver Company are worst in Dubai Service terms and staff ways also the managers Group of team are work like Mafia you will no be able even to talk to manager even if you call 20 times All what I will say stay away from them, it’s wast of time and energy

They will try to keep charging your credit card without any notification before they do. They’ll also not provide any justification on supposed Fines

I would not recommend this application and service this is a real fraudulent company. The customer service is bizarre the way they behave towards clients is unprofessional and they loot clients money for 100 AED traffic fine i have been charged 145.75 AED which they say 45.75 AED is there service charges in total they managed to loot 2100AED in multiple times. If we ask the proof they there explanations is quite interesting that there might me some traffic fines , it might be service charges ie, they themselves is not sure what these charges all about.. These 3rd rate looter/scammers should not be entertained. They says no deposit 😂😂 why would they need they will take it as per there wish.. even u try remove the card still this will he deducted. And if we offend instead of helping they suggest us to read the terms and conditions.. They are real scammers

They charged after i delivered the car for periods i didnt use, and the car was with them

Very convinient location and friendly staff

They took advantage of my card billing me even after more than 40 days of using their cars. The support team is slow and no one can articulate clearly the charges. I hate it and wouldn’t recommend anyone using them.
