I made a big mistake by choosing they gave me another car instead of the one I booked. did not give me all the information in advance. After handing over the car, they took money from my card without my permission for things that were not told to me. even after withdrawing money without notice from my credit card. they are writing asking me to pay again. I didn't know if this company is a place where stupit employees work, I couldn't understand👎🏻

Extra Charges and Poor Service: My Frustrating Experience.

They keep your credit card information even after you remove it from the application They charge additional kilometers calculated wrongly and do not respond to your complaints

Very pathetic service. I personally will never choose ezhire again. Very pathetic

I rented a car for 3days first then for one month. After that they were charging some additional charges like Salik charges three times where in my route there is no toll road. And some fines of 100AED for car parking which is not showing in RTA or Dubai police sites when I checked with car details. And they directly deducted from my card registered with EZHIRE application. When I asked them to show me the proper receipt or paper from RTA or Dubai police they were not responding. Beware of this fraud team.

They are actually looting money from people’s card. Personal experience. I used a car for a month. ( MAZDA 6 ) 1. 40 AED extra on called service charge for a single fine. And the paper I got at the time of car delivery it’s mentioned 10% extra on a fine amount. 2. Same for extra km on the paper it’s mentioned 25 fills per km and they sending me the bill for 80 fills extra km. 3. No extra fuel is used and they are sending me the bill for 324 AED as extra fuel. The tank itself got full in 140 AED. LITERALLY THEY ARE LOOKING MONEY. If any wants to see the proofs I can share all in DMs. Very very bad company.

Waste of time Waste of energy And also the app is not user friendly at all On top of that, And a-lot of hidden costs Deleted the app

I tried scheduling car collection for return on app unfortunately i couldn’t but tried calling customer care by name Salman instead of assisting he was quite rude

Hi guys, After 9 months of renting a car and getting first fine. The app blocked me immediately and made the car immobilised while I was using it during the day. They charges me extra charges and refused to activate the car before I clear the payment. Customer service is useless. Of course I don’t blame them alone but diamond lease which is their partner who supplies them with cars is disaster.. they were sending me messages on WhatsApp from multiple numbers and rushed to my location immediately to collect the car as if I committed a crime. All this happened while I was so regular and never delayed a payment.
