Fever: Events & Tickets

They're a bunch of scammers with the most unhelpful staff. Don't book through them plenty of other event sellers.

I had a disappointing experience with the Fever app that I feel compelled to share. I accidentally booked four tickets for the "Squid Game" event on the wrong day and wanted to change the date. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that the app does not allow for date changes, which is frustrating in itself. I tried to resolve the issue by calling their customer support multiple times—over 20 calls, in fact. Each time, I was told to wait just a few minutes for assistance. However, those minutes turned into hours with no real help. Ultimately, they requested my card details for the payment I made, which I provided promptly. To my dismay, they claimed the information was incorrect. This entire experience has left me feeling scammed and very dissatisfied. I would not recommend the Fever app based on my experience. It’s disappointing when customer support fails to deliver, especially when it comes to handling payments and reservations.

Booked an event (squid games), but got rejected to enter by the staff, said that they’ve reached the maximum capacity (she said 25) but the actual number of people she admitted was merely 23! I waited for 2 sessions but same thing happened! That staff still not allowed us to go in coz of the same reason but there were not yet 25 people!!!!! I got treated differently! The host rejected my request for refund and reschedule as well! So unreasonable and unfair!!!!

Thank you Fever, for bringing these wonderful events! Vivaldi, Four Seasons was beautiful, great story telling, experiencing the Rain, Thunder and the bliss of spring.

We try to buy two tickets for squid game, but there is always one spot left for one time. No showing how many tickets left, which is extremely annoying. We have to keep change the date /time 5 times , cant even find two tickets available together. Such an easy thing to show ppl how many tickets left. This app cant even do it. Such a waste time app

The app just gets stuck in random places. When trying to change date and time and check out. Submitting the survey results after chatting with an agent, the app doesn't do anything. This app is def not polished.

Asked for change of date since i was down with pneumonia, but got voucher instead. My friend Had to pay additional $39 to book for same event. Total disappointment and typical excuses. Do not recommend.

I bought tickets in guest mode for a candlelight event but didn’t receive any confirmation email—just a screenshot I had taken. When I arrived early to resolve the issue, the Fever staff at the entrance didn’t know how to handle guest bookings. Despite showing my booking ID, the staff member insisted I needed a QR code from an email I never received. She kept repeating that I should download the app, even though I explained multiple times that I booked as a guest. After 15 minutes of back-and-forth, she finally called another staff member, who resolved the issue in 30 seconds by checking the booking ID. The initial experience was frustrating, and I felt accused of being without tickets. There’s no place to give feedback about this, so I’m sharing my experience here on the App Store.

Awful awful so confusing, it won’t just give me a ticket I have to “validate” it…don’t understand how to use this. Why can’t they just send you a ticket why do I have to download and use your horrible app.

The app and booking experience are pretty good but cannot add tickets to Apple Wallet is a bit disappointing.
