I bought tickets for a candlelight concert and the date of our concert they cancelled and changed the date. Instead of giving us the option of changing the date they just cancelled out tickets and instead of giving us a refund they gave me a voucher that expired after A short time. So my money is just gone. It is not only my tickets that this had happened too, my friends booked an entirely different event and their tickets were cancelled due to overselling but when they went to book again they were still selling the same tickets for the same time and date their tickets were just cancelled for. This company is so sketchy be careful of your money. If they cancel your tickets fight for a refund they will just steal your money. Terrible terrible company I would not trust them with my money!!!
I initiated my request at 10:30 AM and was informed that it would be processed within 20-30 minutes. Given the straightforward nature of my request, I expected a quick resolution. However, as the hours passed without any updates or communication, I became concerned. Hoping to get some clarity, I called back later that afternoon, and the representative assured me that my request would be expedited and processed as quickly as possible. Feeling hopeful, I waited patiently, but again, hours went by without any resolution or response. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to call again, asking for an update and hoping to get some answers. Unfortunately, I received the same vague assurances with no concrete action. This frustrating back-and-forth continued throughout the day, with me having to repeatedly follow up, only to be met with delays and no real resolution. Finally, at 6:39 PM—nearly eight hours after I first submitted my request—I was informed that my request had been denied. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that it took them an entire day, from 10:30 AM to 6:39 PM, just to tell me “no.” I understand the circumstances—I acknowledge that I only gave 24 hours’ notice instead of the required 48 hours. However, my decision to submit the request on shorter notice was due to weather conditions that made me concerned I might not be able to proceed as planned. My request was simple: I was merely asking for a time change, not something overly complex or unreasonable. After all that waiting and follow-up, I was ultimately told that the only solution they could offer was to transfer the request to a friend, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, unnecessary delays, and dismissive resolution left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I expected much better handling of the situation and some acknowledgment of the circumstances that led to my request. Instead, I was left with wasted time and no meaningful resolution.

Disgusting customer service - after more than two days can’t find my tickets and finally I have to pay 25%more, because the promotion rate is over! Really disappointed!!!
You should have a refund policy. The voucher thing is fraud!
I bought tickets for a spa reservation that costed me hundreds of euros. After choosing the date, time, package, etc I received the booking confirmation only for them to tell me that I need to contact the spa to confirm the booking to see if they have space during that time. So the app doesn’t even do its job of booking a slot for me, making me book through the spa themselves IN ADDITION to booking through fever. What kind of booking system doesn’t book anything? In addition to this, when I called the spa, they said that they don’t have any space for that time and won’t let me reschedule because I booked through the app, so when I called fever support they told me it’s a lost cause and I can’t rebook or even get my money back. Not only could I not attend the reservation that I paid for, but it was also a frustrating experience with no refund for my hundreds of dollars.
Obligé de telecharger l'app pour voir les billets. Pas moyen de l'ajouter au portefeuille apple. Pas d'option pour ajouter l'evennement directement au calendrier. Si vous etes pour me forcer à avoir l'app, y a encore du travaille à faire.
If the show is cancelled the will give you a voucher to rebook your show … but if the show is no longer being held on the same date (for example it was on a Wednesday but is now on a Thursday) expect to be charged more money and they will not refund the difference. Such a money grab by this company… don’t book through them … if there is ever a problem they don’t stand with the people using their app
Booked 2 tickets to a show at zone C Asked if I could upgrade them to zone b and buy an additional ticket Was advised this is not possible and that they would provide me with a voucher for the original price so that I could buy the tickets. Two issues 1) The time I received my refund and went to purchase tickets the show was sold out and only 1 ticket remained 2) The voucher wasn’t even for the full amount. They conveniently forgot to tell me that the $10 processing fee doesn’t get refunded and that id have to pay the processing fee again for any new purchases. This was buried in their email at the bottom when asking me to reply to the email with an approval of the voucher. Anyways the agents on the phone can’t resolve any issues. All issues only seem to be resolved via email which is sketchy because they can say whatever they want on the call but the email team will refuse to acknowledge or take accountability.
