Fever: Local Events & Tickets

After having trouble with their website, trying to purchase tickets, they sent me tickets for the wrong day. I immediately called and they told me they are happy to resolve my issue. Then emailed me saying they couldn’t, this happened about four times, I call, they say they will help, they email me saying there is nothing they can do. I am 100 out, and the awesome experience I had planned for my tween kids end of summer hurrah, will end up being ice cream cones at the park. It would cost fever 0$ to get us new tickets, and they refuse, shamelessly stealing money from families!!!!!!!!

Show was cancelled and I was given a voucher that I could not use on anything.

Forced to download app to get ticket. App did not load 80% of the time. Could not access my tickets.

Fever events are ok and the website is decent, but the app is the worst! It frequently freezes on the title screen. If I am lucky enough that the app actually opens, it will quickly crash

Fever refused to provide a date change or give credit when I tested positive for COVID.

Very easy to navigate. I receive notifications but not constantly. Just enough.

Be very careful when you buy an event as some will operate like a scam. Before the event I was unable to attend due to car troubles. This all occurred before the time the event was scheduled to take place. I tried to change my date, it was denied. I requested to enter it late (I was perfectly willing to accept losing time due to the delay). Denied. I asked for a credit, refund or a sign of good faith they were not keeping my money for an event I could not attend. Denied. I have had some lovely experiences with the app before but buyer beware: they will take your money without providing you a service.

Ordered tickets to candlelight with music by Queen. Ticket prices increased if you chose a section with seat cushions? Didn’t know why some sections wouldn’t have a seat cushion but I paid extra for that. When I got there it turns out the seat cushions were very thin foam squares they handed out. But all the seating at the facility already had cushions! The foam pad added nothing. I think FEVER should be ashamed of itself for ripping people off so blatantly with false advertising. For that I may never use them again. Enjoyed the concert but didn’t enjoy being treated like a rube.

The instructions are to locate ticketsin the app. If they are there I can’t find them!
