Love this app, it has different meditation techniques and different amount of times to meditate , I really like the fact how the app it’s design and also how it guides you through out each meditation.

I have been mediating off and on for my mental health issues for roughly 10 years. I have used multiple apps. Even gone through therapy that involve Metta (loving kindness). This is the first app that I have used that I can genuinely say is making a difference in my life. Other apps offer up a smorgasbord of topics of mediation which can be overwhelming. Their approach, from my experience is not focused at all on the science of the mind, but the experience of meditation. FitMind gives you the researched back science up front and then teaches you how to use it. It’s truly a system to rewire your brain. It’s not a question of will this work for me, it’s a statement that this does in fact work you just need to be open and committed. For me any level of progress inspires me to learn more. To be eager for more, hungry for more and that has made all the difference in the world. Liam your dedication to this system, the level of research you have done, how you have presented it. the commitment you have made is absolutely outstanding. I’m 10 days in and I’m blown away by how much I been able to reframe my thoughts. Years of negative thinking patterns and behaviors that I have struggled for so long to overcome are actually being recoded. This is insane. So if you are on the fence let me tell you that you have nothing to lose and so much to gain. Chris, Lancaster PA

This app has helped me through the darkest time of my life so far. I listen for 2-20 minutes a day. There are things my 6 year old can listen to, too. I am learning lots of science based and real life applicable skills to control myself.

Where did the fitmind program go? It’s not all sessions when it used to be a daily progression of small sessions

I love this app and have used it for years and honestly couldnt be more grateful for it. Though one thing I do really wish the app had is a dark mode setting…When doing my meditations at night, the bright white & blue theme is killer on the eyes.

The guided breathing exercise had me feeling fully relaxed in just a few second after practicing. Am looking forward to the next session and highly recommend this App .

I love this app so much! I have ADD, with bouts of anxiety and mild depression. I’ve tried a variety of meditation apps and this one takes the cake! It’s helped me manage my ADD, anxiety, and depression in a way that no medication could ever do. I love it’s simplicity and science based practicality. I also really like that there isn’t any music - just the guide and the power of your mind. I find that music can be distracting, especially for people with ADD/ADHD. Highly recommend this app! Thank you Fit Mind!

I really enjoy this app. It provides a practice exercise followed by a lesson on why. It helps me understand the big picture and gives me both physical (I feel good after the practice) and intellectual ( I understand why it feels good) motivation to continue.
