This app still has so money bugs

3 times to finish the check in and imposible to add my KLM frequent flayer number

Vliegtuig kwam later aan van tampa naar new york… had maar 10 minuten om in te checken en wat blijkt gate dicht en ze vertrokken zonder ons. Een schande van luchtvaartmaatschappij!!!

This app works quite well and is actually very handy. It contains all the information you need and adds shows tiny but fun things like the number of days, hours and minutes until departure.

App does not allow me to register. I cannot enter a confirmation Number, ticket number of Credit card details. Consequently, I cannot find my flights. Useless app so far

This app is extremely useful it helps you with ur tickets with seats on the plane, airport maps, track luggage and shows your SKYMILES. Plus my opinion the best airline with great fairs and service.

The app is ok but it doesn’t show any information when in flight and not have internet. Most airline apps store information offline and don’t require a login every single time to show the information.

I’m disappointed that Delta does not award mileage points if you travel on basic. The message that comes across is you haven’t flown. I respect and understand the different types of accommodations in an aircraft and it’s fees. However, regardless where you’re sitting you are flying from point A to B. Accruing mileage points every traveler looks forward to, it feels you’re being penalized for purchasing a seat in Basic Economy and not in main cabin. I hope that you will take my comment into consideration. I know I’m not the only one feeling like this.

See above, hasn’t worked in a year. Upcoming flights don’t show. Just says ‘explore more’. Honestly it’s just annoying to have a widget that doesn’t work. Why have the widget? I can’t decide if it’s more annoying that they hate their patrons or just are indifferent to them?
