DO NOT USE THIS APP – SCAMMERS WHO LEAVE YOU STRANDED! If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. This app is a complete joke and should be shut down. I PRE-BOOKED AND PAID for a taxi a day in advance, expecting a reliable service. Instead, at 4 AM, in the freezing cold, my friends and I were left STRANDED on the streets of Milan with NO ride. We were all women, in a foreign city, and this incompetentapp simply canceled our ride after keeping us waiting. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?! The app only starts searching for a driver 15 minutes before the scheduled time—and guess what? NO ONE SHOWED UP. At 4:05 AM, we got a notification that they were still searching, and by 4:10, we were completely abandoned. AFTER WE PAID IN ADVANCE. We had to walk ONE HOUR in the dark, desperate to catch our flight, waving at random taxis like lunatics until a random Uber driver saved us. Meanwhile, this app happily took our money and left us in danger. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and could literally ruin your trip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Awful, you should find a solution for taxis who are cancelling the requests, it took me 30 mins and 3 requeats to find a taxi through your app. Also, you've took from me money twice!!

The experience of finding a taxi in Rome was abysmal. Charged the money for thr Xl taxi before actually confirming a driver and guess what. No driver accepted of course.

They don’t know the actual meaning of pre booking. They take your money (the whole amount) for booking in advance m, send you a confirmation mail and they don’t even look for drivers until 15min before reservation. This is not a prebook sorry, nothing is guaranteed apart from your money being held and no service provided… My recommendation to freenow is - Better stop this option if you are not able to manage peoples reservations in advance.

We prebooked our taxi a day in advance in Rome so that we can have everything set to get to the airport in time. When the timeslot came, the app just kept searching for drivers and not finding any. We were 5 people and had prebooked an XL taxi that never came! We had to book two taxis last minute and paid twice the amount to catch our flight last minute. Horrible app and no support!

Assigned a taxi was finishing trip nearby in 1 minute. In fact it took 15 minutes driving because of one way roads and other rules cars should obey. It is clearly a developer bug, this driver should not be assigned to me

I booked a car to pick me up at 19:00 for the airport in the morning. I received confirmation with the car and driver details at 16:00. However, the ride was canceled at the last moment due to no available cabs. This put me at huge risk of missing my flight. The app looks nice, but it's totally useless.

Цените са по-високи от тези на обикновено такси.Загубих си личните документи в такси FREENOW,след което се опитах да се свържа по някакъв начин с шофьора или с някой друг,който отговаря за приложението,но не успях.Трябва да има задължително някакъв начин да се свържеш с конкретния шофьор!!

I installed the app to use it for my trip to Italy. Unfortunately, it was completely useless as all my requests were rejected due to unavailable drivers. Last but not least, I was charged for a trip I did not take. I couldn't even get in touch with anyone to explain. All my emails went unanswered...

I ordered, 36 hours before my flight, a taxi service for 4:00 next day. 4:10 typed to driver and he answered he is not accepting this booking after another 10 min. I had to pay triple rate to get to airport. Do not trust to FREENOW in Italy.
