Freenow by Lyft – taxi & more

First payment 17 € and you think that is it. Then they take away another 20 € after the ride is over

Whats the point of using this app if taxi drivers wont accept?! Ive used it in greece for a long time it was ok but since last week nothing works, it makes u order priority for more money but the wait is still the same. I dont see a point of ordering priority if im gonna get same waiting time, drivers are still not accepting the rides!!!

On ITB Berlin I got a taxi, waited half an hour and then the driver cancelled. It is definitely the worst of all taxi apps.

It’s not possible to select country code for phone number which is required.

When i download and run app for the first time it works normal but as soon as i close it and open it again i can only see world map and nothing else

Ordered a taxi, waited for it for 45 min, even though the app said 25, just to have the driver cancel it and call me to say I should walk and try to find a taxi station.

Great app! I used it in Rome, together with other 5 family members. There is an option to choose a car for up to 8 people. Really affordable and drivers are amazing!

I was told by one taxi driver in Barcelona that this was the app for getting a taxi. During my 7 day stay, not once have I managed to get a taxi using this app (I tried getting a taxi 15+ times), and only once has a taxi driver accepted my request for a ride but as I watched him move on the map, it appeared that he was 3-4km away and not more than 10 seconds later, he cancelled the ride... I used taxi more than 10 times during my stay and I saw only 1 driver using it. Just go to the street and raise a hand, don't waste your time on this app in Barcelona.

Beim ersten Versuch konnte der Fahrer uns leider nicht finden- daher Fahrt Storniert und an der Straße einfach Taxi angehalten. Zweiter Versuch 3 Tage später am Vortag Fahrt einen Tag im Voraus gebucht, erster zugesagter Fahrer hat kurzfristig storniert zweiter Fahrer war 10 nach zugesagtem Abholzeitpunkt nicht da und hat auch nicht auf anfrage reagiert. Also wieder Taxi am Straßenrand gerufen. Ergebnis für mich App gelöscht.

Grundsätzlich sollte die Bedienung der App ja logisch sein, Fahrtziel eingeben, Fahrt wird gesucht und bestätigt vom Fahrer. Wenn der Fahrer aber an einem vorbei fährt und noch schreibt „bin gleich da“ dann ist es einfach sinnfrei, die Fahrdienste anzubieten. Beschwerde über die App wird nicht leicht gemacht und man kommt über ein paar Umwege an sein Ziel
