Drivers and app | Both are scammers
This app helps their drivers to scam their passengers by lying. They claim they have to pay extra free and end up asking for extra money. Even if you raise this as a complaint to the FREENOW team, they ignore. What a POS app and happy scamming more people. It’s time people wake up and realise how corrupt the app is.
Felt very deceived
I used the app for the first time in Italy, on April 2024. It was a bad experience because when I requested my trip I was informed that the maximum cost of the trip would be 19 euros. I was charged 35 euros and then there was another charge of 12 euros which I have no idea what it was. I felt very deceived.

Terrible experience
On my first attempt to rent a ShareCar in Paris, I was disappointed to find that the car was in poor condition. It was dirty, with the painted ceiling of a vehicle, and lacked safety belts for the back passengers. Sharenow still charged me for the rental, but the car didn't even move a centimeter. The next day, I was able to get a car in better condition. However, I accidentally left my iPad in the Sharenow vehicle. I contacted support and they assured me that my tablet would be delivered to the Lost and Found office. Unfortunately, my iPad was stolen by the company. When I reached out to the Lost and Found office, they informed me that no one had turned in a funded iPad since August 4th. I was able to locate the last known geolocation of my device, but there were no other lost and found offices nearby.

The driver charged more then the App said. Not correct. Safer to pay directly via App.

Não funciona em Portugal
Deixou de funcionar em Portugal em abril 2023.
