I had reached the limit of 100,000.00 for Gloan. I tried to pay it in advance so I can take my refund and loan again but, after the payment, there was no offer. I was always expecting of return since I am using it for the educational allownces of my children and for our daily needs. I was just so disappointed, hope the offer continues specially to the good payors. But still I could say, Gcash has helped in a lot of aspects when it comes to financial needs. I am enjoying its programs.
Cannot open all the time
Very disappointed with gcash,more than a month I was trying to register again and scanned my face but always error..my concern is my gloan.i have funds deposited to my account for them to automatically deduct the amount,but they are taking all the money and left my account 0 balance even I deposited more than the amount of my monthly gloan payment.and keep sending messages account is overdue!!

It’s been a week that i can’t access my account. I’m currently living abroad and my gcash is connected to all my payment in PH. It’s so frustrating.
I am currently experiencing error to log in to my gcash account since i cameback from vacation in Philippines. As i tried to log in to send money. Not even showing a "forgot password" or any options. But instead keep showing "submit ticket". I have access to globe abroad.
I CAN'T OPEN MY GCASH ACCOUNT AND IT ALWAYS SAYS THAT SOMETHING WENT WRONG.BOOT CANT HELP FIXING ISSUE.MUCH BETTER TO PROVIDE A LIVE CHAT.
Please fix the issue of “something went wrong” problem. As an ofw, i am using gcash for online transaction in the Philippines while I am in another country. Making gcash accessible abroad can increase the number of transction of the mobile app which will affect your income and reputation positively, however, as of today, all possible solution you have provided me didn’t work. It will be a win win situation if you fix this problem as we can continue using the app and in effect, income increase to you.
Couldn’t access my gcash as it shows “something went wrong error” I saw a comment from a user who’s experiencing the same issue and also currently abroad like me. I agree that customer service is nothing but an auto generated (they sent email with the same info which you can find on the application itself) I think they have done something in regards to the users abroad.
This new update of is bugging my the system its dumb crapt!!
