GentleBirth Pregnancy App

The app helps me to do the exercises and helps with my mindset in preparation for birth. I used the app alongside doing a Hypnobirthing course and had 2 positive birth experiences.

Highly recommend this app, used it throughout my pregnancy & it helped me stay positive throughout and look forward to birth.

The app is great and very helpful. However it is a bit buggy. The days get stuck sometimes and don’t move on to the next day, or it doesn’t save the progress. Also it would be great if it was possible to customize the daily recommendations for example add a recording one would like to listen to every day, like pelvic floor exercises. I also think it would help to have favourites pinned to the bottom bar as it takes a while to find them in the app. Unfortunately there is no support or feedback option on the website.

An amazing support app for keeping mind and body calm and relaxed at all stages of pregnancy. There is affirmations and meditations to support you through any situation that may arise and keep you focused, calm and confident.

Love the app, used in my 1st pregnancy and using now in my 2nd.

I really enjoy using this app

Literally impossible to enjoy the app. I have subscribed and I subscribed three times already and it works for a few days and then I try to access it and it says I need to pay my subscription to access anything. I have already paid. When I tap along to do so it says I’m already subscribed but I still continue to have no access. Very disappointing.

My favourite app - have used now for over two years. All through my pregnancy, birth, right up until toddler years! Thank you GentleBirth

Can’t imagine preparing for birth and stepping into motherhood without the gentle help of the GentleBirth app. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been using the app since I was 7 months pregnant. I got the app initially to prepare me for labour. The app has a fantastic selection of breathing exercises and affirmations for birth that I used to listen daily. I had expected that I would be listening to all my favorites right through my labour but my baby came earlier and quicker than expected. Having said that I was able to put the breathing techniques I had learned into practice during my quick labour which helped immensely when there wasn’t anytime for pain relief. I have continued to use the app post birth to help me sleep and to listen to the positive guided meditation for breastfeeding. I like that there is so much to choose from, I haven’t got through a fraction of all the content! Would highly recommend to get at any stage of pregnancy
