In 2023 I was pregnant and subscribed paid the $10 it kept saying I needed to subscribe, gave up on it eventually. Never got access to anything other than the free version. Happened again this year with my new pregnancy so I sent them an email to their customer support but they didn't even reply. Out of $20 and feel stupid for taking a chance again
I use the free version of this app, but am planning to upgrade. The free version gives you the choice of just a few meditations, but you can scroll through the days. The paid version gives you access to many more hypnosis tracks. I like both the mindful meditations and the affirmations. It is nice how simple the interface is and how there are no ads even though I don’t pay for it.
As someone who did not have the choice of an epidural due to complications with my pregnancy, I did a lot of research into how to cope with the pain of labor and delivery. This app SAVED me. I did the guided meditations throughout my last trimester to learn how to control my breathing and my body. The labor playlists were truly a godsend when I was in the worst stage of my labor. I’m not typically a holistic, meditation-type but in this situation I don’t know how I could have gotten through without it!
I am so in love with this app and the corresponding book. The daily exercises are incredibly beneficial in my mental birth preparation and the perfect complement to the physical preparation (exercises and mobility training) I am doing outside of this app. Would recommend to any pregnant person so they are able to be more calm and confident throughout the entire pregnancy journey.
I listened to the sessions in a bath the weeks leading up to our delivery , during labor, and while navigating the challenges of breastfeeding. I tell every expecting mom I know that this helped me stay in a good mindset and connected with my little one throughout our labor and delivery.
Labor is right around the corner and I’m feeling more capable every day. I plan to continue using the app afterwards too.

I enjoy the affirmations, not so much a fan of the stairway one. Wish app was cheaper.
