To whom it may concern Reaching out to express our frustration and disappointment for unacceptable business code of conduct (unless dishonest, unlawful and illegitimate business practices are carried out in regular basis) 4x tickets were sold with the pretext to be played on the currently under construction Spotify Canp Nou (Barcelona, Spain) for Au$2535.84 ($1536.85Euros). At the end , game was rescheduled and played a day earlier in the temporary old Montjuic Stadium (Barcelona, Spain) and the real value 4x tickets was Au$929.20 ($556Euros). This is a massive, abysmal money difference never ever experienced before in my entire life Aus1506.64 ($980.85Euros) I’m myself native Spanish citizen, born in the above mentioned city of Barcelona, Spain who knows well how it works ti get soccer game tickets directly from the counter. Thought that it would be better to pre-purchase them, but obviously a totally wrong decision. It has been a real, clear ripoff that only dishonest, unlawful and illegitimate businesses are proud of making their profitable margins like this case. Moreover , just on December 18th 2023, my whole life went upside down losing my whole house and vehicles due to cyclone Jasper floodwaters event ( as I reside in Cairns, Australia permanently). My family was traumatized by the event, and we needed a holiday visiting my widowed mum in Spain Barcelona. This is not right upon us after such an ordeal for such a natural disaster, similar to the one that recently took place in Valencia, Spain. We are currently dealing with difficult and unhelpful insurance representatives reluctant to cover our losses and now this matter to make it harder economically . Thought this was a reputable, honest company but my experience with it points out the opposite, being unacceptable (even the terns and conditions were non-refundable and non-cancelable ) This is an honest and truthful review to avoid other customers sufferings the same outcome and falling in such a rip-off trap like my family All I can say is shame on the company’ management for allowing such unlawful and dishonest practices to make lucrative and profitable margins and commissions to inflate their bank account figures. The tickets never appeared in the app. I had to cancel- before the due time & the App would not let me cancel😡

The app doesn’t help, it takes too long for a one off booking, it’s just annoying

I’ve just booked a tour for our holiday in Japan. Emailing LIMON tours to get assistance and info was brilliant. Juju helped and kept communication open constantly updating us. There’s also a phone number that is answered when you call, they speak English and are very helpful. Its very reassuring to know we can call anytime on the day of our tour if we have any trouble. Can’t wait to go!

Great app. Quick and easy to book and being able to cancel and get a refund is great.

On booking tickets for my family and I to go the louvre in Paris I was unable to select a ticket for an U18, the booking information provided by Get Your Guide states you have to book a time slot directly with the Louvre for children. However, you can book a ticket or time for a child without also booking a ticket for an Adult. The information in incorrect and on following up for a refund I was denied the refund.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I was trying to book a simple activity and encountered issue after issue for several days. Customer service is a joke as it was always a fault on my end apparently. If you want a fun experience I’d suggest going elsewhere
