We took this tour yesterday afternoon around Madrid for an hour tour with Hugo. It was an enjoyable and convenient way of seeing the major landmarks - old an new. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to see and understand the story behind these important landmarks😀

For the Hallstatt skywalk one day tour on 5 apr 2023, it is really a bad experience. The female tour guide is very unprofessional. Her English is really bad,not fluent at all. She didn’t familiar with the Vienna attractions. She even can’t tell the directions (led or right side) of buildings. She didn’t give clear instructions and informations. Please brief the whole plan of the tour. The tour seems very unplanned and not well-organised. Please tell the whole schedule and time duration on the beginning of the trip. She didn’t give any warm reminder for fee toilets or the travel durations. I think she would get more trainings. And her voice is so loud that makes me feeling not well. Moreover, she appeared very late in the morning. Many people was waiting her to start. If there is a option for zero star,I have no doubt to give zero star.

The customer service helped me really quick and reassigned me to another session when I missed the one earlier!

The app is defaulted to Japanese. I clicked ever button there and there’s no where I can change it to another readable language. What a shame!

Sort function in a city is not quite developed as London there is no way I could scroll over 700 tours to locate my fav ones. Otherwise amazing app with unique travel experiences.

The Toledo and Segovia tour with Alcazar entry is a very compact and efficient tour if you only have 2 days in Madrid. Alfredo, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Two big tourist buses were completely full making the tour a very large group. Maybe at least 1 tour guide per bus? Anyway, we really enjoyed the experience and we’ll use this app for another city and will recommend to our friends and colleagues.

Simple & easy to navigate

I purchased two tickets to the Belvedere museum in Vienna and while the front page showed free refund within 24hours of purchase but this option was suddenly changed when I wanted to go into my booking to cancel it. The reason for the cancelling of my booking was because the activity requires you to have a printed voucher. I was staying in an airbnb and it was a Sunday (nobody is working in Australia) so it was impossible to do so. For an app that is designed to make things easier for you it doesn’t do that for me in this case and the worst part is, it doesn’t deliver on what was promised with the refund. Big disappointment.

You can find all the amazing things to do in the town and got instant confirmation. The UI is clean, beautiful and easy to use. The whole experience is amazing!
